This conversation wasted my 1 hr had spoken to the manager complete non cooperative. These ppl don't understand the meaning of service industry 10 out of seven activities closed. ”

“Very bad hotel, i found a piece of cigarette on the room below the mirror. Toilet seats were not fitted. It felt like they never clean the rooms, just give out the room as it is for several times and when asked to clean they would actually do it. ”
